- Acrylic Paint
- Foam Brush
- Alcohol and Paper Towels
- UV resin
- UV lamp
- Heat Gun
Instructions for highlighting details:
1. Apply acrylic paint of the desired color to the piece using a brush or "foam brush", making sure to completely cover or fill any gaps or details in the resin piece.
♥ Tip: You can cover the areas around the details without fear of going outside the edges.
2. Wait for the paint to dry.
3. Apply alcohol to a cloth or paper towel and clean the surface of the piece, without applying too much pressure to avoid removing the paint from the details.
4. Protect the painted details by carefully applying UV resin to the surface of the piece, creating a thin, even layer.
♥ Tip: You can use our Heat Gun to apply a little heat and remove bubbles from the resin.
5. Use a UV lamp to dry the resin.
♥ Tip: To personalize your pieces, create your design in the Cricut Design Space app and cut it from adhesive vinyl with your Cricut machine. Clean up the image by removing any excess vinyl. Use transfer paper to transfer and apply the image to the piece. Finally, protect it as described in steps #4 and #5. (We offer in-person Cricut workshops! Instructions for assembling the domino box:
1. Identify all the parts of the box. (See Diagram #1)
• The two long pieces with grooves or rails on the longer edges, and the two short pieces with rails on only one edge each, will form the walls of the box.
• The other two long pieces are the bottom and the lid. Since these are the same, it doesn't matter which one you choose for the bottom or the lid.
2. Place one of the short walls on top of one of the long walls, aligning the track on the short wall with the track on top of the long wall. Apply UV resin to bond the pieces, curing it with a UV lamp. (See Diagram #2)
3. Place the other short wall on the opposite side of the same long wall, this time aligning the track of the short wall with the track below the long wall. (See Diagram #3)
4. Place the second long wall on top of the short walls, ensuring the rails are aligned. (See Diagram #4)
5. Slide the bottom piece along the rails at the bottom of the walls, and then slide the lid along the rails at the top.
