Follow these steps to complete your application, activate your Digital ID, and join our Loyalty Program 👇
📝 1. FILL OUT THE APPLICATION FORM HERE: https://forms.gle/LXVCHBG8YeVDVXMo7
• Enter your first name, last name, email address, and phone number, select your profession, and then press NEXT.
• Attach the required documents (valid Merchant Registration or University ID if you are a student). Click ADD FILE, BROWSE, and locate an image or PDF of the document. Then click SUBMIT.
*If you have trouble filling out the form, don't have a Gmail account, or don't have the required documents, please send us a message by email to alonsosobrino@aol.com or through our social media channels.
📩 2. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL.
🕘 Each request is evaluated individually from our offices, so the response time may vary.
✅ If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation with the following instructions to activate your Digital ID, which you must present to receive discounts in the store.
• Download the ID123 app using the App Store or Google Play button and immediately return to the email.
• Click the ACTIVATE button in the email and confirm your email address. Verify that the access code matches the one in the email. Click NEXT.
• Create your Digital ID by filling in all the information and uploading a clear, recent photo so we can identify you. Adjust the size and press ACCEPT.
• To finish, press ADD CARD.
🆔 3. PRESENT YOUR DIGITAL ID
Done! 🎉 Remember to present your Digital ID in store when making your purchases to receive special discounts on our fabrics.
