En Alonso Sobrino somos conscientes de la importancia de hacerte llegar tu TELA y tus PERLAS de forma rápida y puntual. Por lo tanto, nos esforzamos por enviar todos los pedidos dentro del primer o segundo día de realización. Si un pedido se realiza un sábado o domingo, se enviará el lunes siguiente.
- Enviamos por correo de primera clase o correo prioritario. Los gastos de envío variarán según el tamaño del pedido.
- Envío a Puerto Rico y EE. UU.: A partir de $5.40 dependiendo del tamaño del pedido y del paquete.
- Envío gratis en pedidos superiores a $150.00 solo en EE. UU. Y Puerto Rico.

Hay una serie de artículos que no se pueden cambiar, que se detallan a continuación;
Artículos que no se pueden devolver:
- Hebras que se han roto.
- La tela ha sido cortada o alterada de alguna manera.
- Artículos en oferta.
- Artículos vendidos a pie o por yarda que han sido cortados. (Tenga en cuenta que las telas no son retornables)
Para devolver su artículo debe:
- Envíenos un correo electrónico a: viviana@alonsosobrino.com. Incluya una breve descripción del problema con el artículo, así como el pedido y el número de artículo.
- Para que su devolución sea aprobada, el artículo debe estar en su estado original y no puede sufrir daños de ninguna manera. Una vez aprobado, recibirá un código de autorización de devolución.
- Empaque y envíe los artículos con: su nombre, copia de la factura original y el código de Autorización.
- Tenga en cuenta que recibirá un reembolso por los artículos devueltos, pero no por los gastos de envío.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, if you are not satisfied with the products received, we will be happy to exchange most items, less shipping costs, within the next 10 days of delivery.
There are a number of items that cannot be exchanged.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Strands that have been broken up.
- Fabric has been cut or altered in any way.
- Items on sale.
- Items sold by foot or by yard that have been cut. (Please note that fabrics are not returnable)
To Return your item you must:
- E-mail us at: sales@alonsosobrino.com. Include a short description of the problem with the item, as well as the order and item number.
- In order for your return to be approved, the item must be in its original condition, and cannot be damaged in any way. Once approved you will receive a Return Authorization Code.
- Box and send the items with: your name, a copy of the original invoice, and the Authorization Code.
- Please note that you will receive a refund for the returned items, but not for the shipping costs.
