This is AMAZING!!! How a brainstorming idea from Yesenia and Claribel turned out.
Materials:
1- Fine Tulle
2- Thick Tulle
3- Glue E6000
4- Thread Cord
5- Scissors
6- Satin Fabric
7- Ribbons
8- Rivoli 10mm
Making the Tutu:
Step 1/ Paso 1: Cut 3" inches of the fine tulle and the thick tulle. Fold in half / Cortamos toda la tela de tulle fino y de tulle grueso en tiras de 3 pulgadas y las doblamos a la mitad.
Step 2/ Paso 2: Fold again forming a loop leaving two ends/ Doblamos por segunda ves, la tira de tulle formando un "loop", con dos tiras hacia abajo.
Step 3/ Paso 3: Place the loop on top of the ribbon, pass both ends under the ribbon and through the center of the loop./ Colocamos el "loop" encima de la cinta satinada, luego pasamos las dos tiras por debajo de la cinta satinado y por el centro del "loop"
Step 4/ Paso 4: Pull the tulle until the knot is tighten./ Tirar de la tela de "tulle", hasta que el nudo se cierre. Hay que halar varias veces, para que el nudo quede bien cerrado
Step 5/ Paso 5: Continue to make knots using both fine and thick tulle./ Continuar haciendo nudos con las tiras de tela de "tulle", intercalando las tiras de "tulle" grueso con las de "tulle" finito
Step 6/ Paso 6: Continue making knots until all the ribbon is covered with the tulle./ Continuar con los nudos, hasta llenar toda la cinta y el Tutu este completo.
Step 7 & 8/ Paso 7 y 8: Make a knot on each end of the ribbon and close the Tutu./ Hacer un nudo en las puntas de las cintas y cerrar el Tutu con un lazo.
Making the Top with Flowers:
Step 1/ Paso 1: Cut a piece of the satin fabric measuring 36"x4". Fold in half./ Cortar una tira de tela de satín de 36" x 4" y doblarla por la mitad.
Step 2/ Paso 2: Fold the fabric but this time by the width side./ Doblar nuevamente la tela , pero esta ves por el ancho
Step 3/ Paso 3: Thread the needle with the thread cord and stich with long stiches all the edge of the fabric, until you reach the end./ Enhebrar la aguja con el hilo y coser todo el borde de la tela con puntadas largas, hasta que toda la tira este cerrada
Step 4/ paso 4: Pull the thread cord until you form a flower./ Halar el hilo de la aguja suavemente para que la tela se frunsa y se forme la flor
Step 5/ Paso 5: Place together the both ends of the fabric and stich. Make sure you make a small stich so it cannot be seen./ Unir las puntas de las flor y coserlas por el borde. Trata de que sea una costura pequeña para que no se note en la flor
Step 6/ Paso 6: Add glue and place a rivoli at the center of the flower./ Usando la pega E6000, pegar un rivoli de 10mm en el centro de la flor.
Step 7/ Paso 7: Repeat steps 1 through 6 to make 2 more flowers./ Siguiendo los pasos 1 al 6, crea 2 flores adicionales.
Step 8/ Paso 8: Glue the flowers to the top. Also you can stich the flowers to secure them to the top./ Pegar las flores al "top". También puedes darles unas puntadas para mayor seguridad
